For our German webshop we are looking for an intern that will be working as an assistant to the German webshop manager. The ideal candidate meets the following conditions:

• Eager and enthusiastic to work with and learn new technologies
• Fluency (native or near native) in German
• Professional working proficiency in English (Dutch is not necessary)

Customer Service Webshop Germany

Vacancy

You support the Webshop Sales Coordinator of your country and will be responsible for the customer service of our webshops. You will help the customer with questions about the products and delivery. You will handle to complaints, this will all be done by telephone or email. The work and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls and emails relating to our webshops
• Identify customer’s requirements and ensures they are answered about our products and the usage of them
• Liaise with other teams within the organisation of the company to be able to provide most complete and speedy response to queries
• Manage customer’s escalations and ensures that these are answered, tracked and escalated as required
• Be friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate improvements of the site to marketing, sales and IT

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency of local languages to be supported: Native French, German, Italian or Swedish and excellent knowledge of English
• Thorough knowledge of another European language is a decisive plus
